Stephen proudly attended the United States Air Force Academy and Villanova University, where he played Division I football and competed as a decathlete. He is a graduate of the Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business Leadership & Strategic Impact (LSI) Program, and an alumnus of the Delbarton School in New Jersey.
Stephen is the former largest owner of the College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving brand with offices in NJ, Tennessee, Ohio and Florida. He was formerly the Senior Vice President of SequentialT, a technology marketing company that supercharges fan engagement while producing new revenue streams for sports, music, foundational and political verticals. Before SequentialT, Stephen was the Director of Marketing of Kennedy Funding.

Stephen previously worked in the sports marketing and athlete management field, where has designed and implemented some of the most successful marketing initiatives in the Olympic sports division. He spent two years driving the marketing of 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist in the Decathlon, Bryan Clay (Byran’s face appeared on the cover of the Wheaties box two times in one year -- He also graced the cover of over 10 magazines, which is the most since Bruce Jenner!)

Stephen started his early professional career in the much-respected NJ State Police. He was awarded “Top Trainee” while at the Sea Girt, NJ basic training, was a road duty trooper and a member of the Drug and Alcohol Control Task Force.

Stephen has been honored as Man of the Year for Habitat for Humanity, The IFA (International Franchise Association) Franchisee of the Year, and Franchisee of the Year by College Hunks for three straight years. He previously sat on the Academy Review Board for U.S. Representative Rodney Frelinghuysen (NJ).
