Founder & CEO
Stephen Bienko
Stephen has spent over 20 years innovating, developing, and managing a diverse spectrum of small businesses, including founding the Institute of Athletic Performance/Parisi Speed Schools, being the director of marketing for Kennedy Funding and the CEO of Fownders, not to mention his time as a State Trooper of the NJ State Police. Stephen attended the United States Air Force Academy, graduated from Villanova University, and received an Executive Degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
In addition to being a master networker, he thrives in individual coaching for his clients. It is his passion and mission to support his client's success and growth in both their personal lives and career development to become the best versions of themselves possible.
